TroubleshootingRefreshing a channel in Tareno
Social platforms use access tokens to let Tareno publish and read account data. Those tokens can expire or be revoked.
Typical token behavior by platform

Refresh a channel
- Open Dashboard -> Channels.
- Find the channel that shows a warning state.
- Click the refresh or reconnect action.
- Complete the provider approval flow again.
- Return to Tareno and confirm the account is active.
When to reconnect immediately
- A post fails because the account is no longer authorized.
- The channel shows Needs refresh.
- You recently changed the social account password or permissions.
